sold and purchased my new home through Ellen Rosenbaum Real Estate in Old Bridge, NJ. I picked Ellen to sell my house as she knows the real estate market in Old Bridge, NJ and the going rate for homes in the area where my home is located. Ellen helped me from the first day that I met her and I decided that I would have Ellen sell from house for me and help me find my new perfect home. Ellen and her son David gave me suggestions on the right purchase price to sell my house. They helped me how I should setup my house for the marketing pictures campaign that they will use to sell my house and to get the best possible price. It took about a week for the pictures and video to be placed online. I had 23 people come in to look at my house in the first 2 days that it was on the market and received 3 bids on the house. Ellen and I went over the 3 bids and she helped me decide what bid I should accept. Now it was my turn to become a buyer. I explained what I was looking for and the location that I wanted to move too. Ellen set up a auto email that I would continue to receive as new homes came on the market from my filters that I setup. A house came up that I liked and I called Ellen to set an appointment to view the house.. She contacted the agent for the buyer and found out that the house was in contract review. A day later I received an auto email saying that the house I liked was back on the market. I called Ellen and she did not even know that the house came

back on the market. I asked her to call the buyer's agent to set up an appointment as soon as possible so that I can view the home. I had an appointment the next day to view the home with Ellen. I viewed the home and it was exactly what I was looking for. We spoke outside the home and Ellen helped me decide on what price that I should put my bid in for the home. Ellen called the buyer's agent later that evening and give them my bid for the home. About 2 or 3 days later I heard that my bid was accepted. This happed in the first week of January. We went right into attorney review and Ellen recommended a person to do the home inspection of my new house. After the home inspection was approved by me we went into contract for the home. Ellen helped me everyway through the purchasing of my new house. I closed on both my old and my home on Valentines Day, February 14,2022. Ellen went with me for my walk through on my new house on morning of my closing. Since I have moved into my new dream home Ellen has called me once a week to ask how I was doing.
